These terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases made via the web shop www.glamhair.shop. Sales and deliveries are made only under the following conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to people who visit our website, especially when placing an order. By using the website, you agree to respect and accept these terms and conditions. All offers on the website www.glamhair.shop are non-binding and subject to change. Slight deviations in color and changes compared to our pictures or descriptions are possible.

The contract is concluded by completing the order process on the website www.glamhair.shop and confirming the order by GLAM HAIR by e-mail, on another electronic channel or execution of the order by GLAM HAIR.

GLAM HAIR reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be made available on the website www.glamhair.shop and will come into force with their activation.

Price / Payment

All offers and prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The prices are valid at the time of the order.

Packaging and shipping costs are calculated on top, unless otherwise stated. GLAM HAIR online shop accepts all payment methods offered on the website www.glamhair.shop within the ordering process. The customer chooses his preferred method of payment by himself. Additional costs (possibly credit card fees) arising from the method of payment can also be charged in addition.

Delivery, delivery times and shipping costs

The delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by a third party. The shipping costs will be announced to the customer before triggering the ordering process within the basket.

The delivery is 3-5 working days. For custom goods, manufacturing and delivery can take up to 30 business days. If the delivery fails for reasons for which GLAM HAIR is not responsible, GLAM HAIR may withdraw from the contract. GLAM HAIR is committed to withdraw the contract to inform the customer in good time. Any payments made will be refunded immediately. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

Deliveries abroad may incur duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total displayed price and are fully paid by the buyer.

The delivery of the goods is at the risk of the customer. The risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. This also applies if GLAM HAIR online shop has covered the transport costs. Complaints regarding transport damage (e.g. damaged packaging upon receipt of the goods) must be made by the customer directly to the transport company within the time limits stipulated.

Exchange and return policy

You as a buyer are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and report any defects immediately in writing to [email protected] It is important to us that you are happy with our products.

All items purchased from GLAM HAIR can be returned within 5 business days after receipt of the goods without any reason. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To meet the deadline, contacting and sending the goods on time is sufficient.

The right of return does not apply to unsealed products or to the delivery of goods made to customer specifications (for example, special orders that need to be custom-made). You will not be able to return the order if either the product or the package has been opened, worn or altered.

If you want to return an order, you must first contact our customer service at [email protected] We will do our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without a return, we will gladly accept it.

Once our customer service has confirmed the withdrawal of the order, you must return the products completely and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.) with a copy of the proof of purchase – at your expense – within five (5) working days, so that the products can be resold as new.

Payments made by the contractor shall be made by bank transfer to an account to be named by the customer within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

The return must be made to the address that is communicated to the customer when contacting GLAM HAIR.

The return is at the expense and risk of the customer. The reshipment must be affix stamped. If GLAM HAIR incurs additional costs due to an insufficient franking of the return, these costs will be offset against any payments made by the customer.

GLAM HAIR expressly reserves the right to compensation for damaged goods. If the customer has a deterioration, the loss or any other impossibility to represent, he has to replace the impairment.

The return of the goods must take place in the original packaging as well as in the unopened condition. For damage to the goods, which is due to inadequate packaging, the customer is liable.

You will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment, as well as import duties, VAT, export duties and the cost of customs clearance (these may be deducted from the refund if you fail to do so properly).

Data protection

All personal customer and contract data will be treated confidentially and not shared. Excluded is the distribution to trading partners such as shipping and credit card companies of GLAM HAIR in the context of order processing.

Retention of title

All deliveries are subject to retention of title. The delivered goods remain the property of GLAM HAIR until full payment of the purchase price.


Jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland. It is exclusively the law of the Swiss Confederation.
