RETURN POLICY

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened, unworn and unaltered hair products. We are proud of the high-quality hair that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair products that have not been opened or worn.

TERMS FOR RETURN

  • Returns are accepted on items that have NOT been opened, worn or altered in any way.
  • You need to contact us at [email protected] for initiation
  • You need to return the items within ten (10) days of the date that you receive your products.

WHY ARE HAIR PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF WORN?

Human hair is considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened and worn items to be returned for the safety of all our clients.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

You must contact us first at [email protected]¬†within the ten (10) day return period. All hair products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Glam Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

WHAT IS THE REFUND AMOUNT AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

A refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair products were not opened and worn.

MAY I RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair products from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

RESTOCKING FEE

If items are not returned in the exact condition as they were sent, you may be subject to a warehouse restocking fee.
